Zero to Running Task: Your First ECS Service

Two posts of theory. You've earned some YAML.
In Part 1 we established that ECS is the orchestrator Lambda hid from you. In Part 2 we picked an engine. Now we're going to stand up a real service — a container, behind a load balancer, running on Fargate, with logs you can actually read — and I'm going to explain every resource as we create it.
Fair warning: this is more moving parts than a Lambda function. That's not because ECS is bloated. It's because Lambda was quietly creating half of these parts for you. Now you get to see them.
